Confirm Your Visit With a $99 Diagnostic Fee
A $99 diagnostic fee, paid by credit card, confirms your appointment and reserves your spot on our schedule.
Your $99 diagnostic visit includes:
- A plumber at your home at your scheduled time
- A review of the photos, videos, and notes you sent before we arrive
- A hands-on inspection of the problem area
- Finding the root cause, not just the symptom
- A plain-language explanation of what is wrong and your options to fix it
- A written estimate before any work begins
If you move forward with the repair, the full $99 is credited toward your job. If you decide not to, you still keep the diagnosis and written estimate.
