How It Works

Book Your Test Online

Choose a time that works for you. If you received a notice from your water utility, upload a photo of it along with a photo of your backflow device. This helps us come prepared.

We Test Your Device

A certified backflow tester inspects and tests your device to make sure it is working properly.

We File the Paperwork

If your device passes, we certify it and file the test report with your water utility provider. You get a copy for your records. No extra steps for you.

If It Needs Repair, You Get a Written Estimate First

If your device does not pass, we explain what is wrong in plain language. You receive a written estimate for the repair or replacement before any work begins. No pressure and no surprises.

We Retest and File at No Additional Fee

After the repair or replacement, we retest your device and submit the paperwork to your water utility. There is no additional fee for the retest or filing.

We Remind You Next Year

We set up automatic reminders so you know when your next test is coming due. You stay ahead of the deadline without having to track it yourself.

Backflow Repair
and Replacement.

Worn seals, damaged valves, and aging devices can cause a backflow preventer to fail. We repair or replace your device, retest it, and file the paperwork to get you back in compliance. Every repair is backed by our 90‑day warranty.
