We stand behind
every job we complete.
If you experience an issue within 90 days of the completed service, contact our team to let us know what is happening. We’ll review the issue and, when covered by your warranty, make it right, right away.
Warranty
Craftmanship Warranty
Every job is backed by our 90-day warranty. If something we installed or repaired fails because of how we did the work within 90 days of your service, we’ll come back and fix it at no cost to you.
Manufacturer Warranties
Fixtures, equipment, and materials we install may carry separate warranties provided by the manufacturer. Iron & Oak Plumbing will assist you in facilitating manufacturer warranty claims, but we are not responsible for the terms or performance of manufacturer warranties.
Warranty Exclusions
Our workmanship warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or abuse of the plumbing system
- Damage caused by third parties, natural disasters, or acts of God
- Issues arising from work performed by anyone other than Iron & Oak Plumbing following our service
- Wear-item replacement (such as washers, gaskets, or filters) in the normal course of plumbing system operation
- Consequential or indirect damages resulting from a defect
