By using the Site, you agree that you will:
- Provide accurate and complete information when submitting any form.

3. Service Requests
When you submit a service request through our Site or by calling us at 954-283-0447, you are asking Iron & Oak Plumbing to evaluate, schedule, and provide plumbing services. Please note the following:
3.1 Service Request Acknowledgment
Submitting a service request through the Site does not create a binding service contract. A service appointment is only confirmed once we have contacted you directly and scheduled the visit.
3.2 Accurate Information
You are responsible for providing accurate service address information, contact details, and a clear description of the plumbing issue. Inaccurate information may delay service or result in additional charges.
3.3 Scheduling and Priority
We do our best to accommodate your preferred appointment time. Members of our membership program receive priority scheduling. Non-members receive service based on availability.
3.4 Emergency Services
For plumbing emergencies (active leaks, flooding, sewage backups, or safety hazards), please call us directly at 954-283-0447. Do not rely on Site forms or email for emergency communication.
3.5 Access to the Property
To perform the requested service, our technician must have safe access to the service address. You are responsible for ensuring that an authorized adult (18 years or older) is present at the scheduled service time and that pets, obstructions, or safety hazards are managed appropriately.
3.6 Estimates and Pricing
We will provide an estimate before beginning most work. If additional work is needed once the technician has begun (for example, after diagnosing the actual condition of a pipe or fixture), we will discuss the additional scope and cost with you before proceeding.
3.7 Cancellations and No-Shows
You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by calling 954-283-0447 at least four (4) hours before the scheduled arrival window. Cancellations made less than four (4) hours before the appointment or missed appointments where no one is available at the service address may be subject to a service call fee.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, ACH bank transfers, and other payment methods identified on our invoice. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 Membership Program Billing
If you enroll in the Iron & Oak Plumbing membership program, your payment method will be charged automatically on the schedule you selected at signup ($49 per month or $499 annually). Full membership terms are set forth in Section 5 below.
4.3 Late Payments
Invoices not paid within thirty (30) days of the invoice date may be subject to a late fee and, at our discretion, may be forwarded to a third-party collections agency. You are responsible for any collection costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees we incur to recover unpaid amounts.
4.4 Disputes
If you dispute a charge, please contact us at 954-283-0447 within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. We will investigate and respond to your dispute promptly. Failure to dispute a charge within thirty (30) days constitutes acceptance of the charge.

To enroll, you must submit a completed membership signup through our Site, over the phone, or in person, and provide a valid payment method.

5.7 Program Changes
Iron & Oak Plumbing reserves the right to modify the benefits, pricing, or structure of the membership program. Material changes will be communicated to active members with at least thirty (30) days’ notice, and members may cancel without penalty if they do not accept the modified terms.
6. Warranties on Work Performed
6.1 Workmanship Warranty

6.2 Manufacturer Warranties
Fixtures, equipment, and materials we install may carry separate warranties provided by the manufacturer. Iron & Oak Plumbing will assist you in facilitating manufacturer warranty claims, but we are not responsible for the terms or performance of manufacturer warranties.
6.3 Warranty Exclusions
Our workmanship warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or abuse of the plumbing system

- Issues arising from work performed by anyone other than Iron & Oak Plumbing following our service
- Wear-item replacement (such as washers, gaskets, or filters) in the normal course of plumbing system operation

15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy (which is incorporated by reference and also contains our SMS Terms & Conditions), constitute the entire agreement between you and Iron & Oak Plumbing regarding your use of the Site and our services. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.
